Acceptance

By accessing the Prometheus website, requesting a beta pilot, or using Prometheus IQ, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Prometheus IQ on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Acceptable Use

Prometheus IQ is intended for legitimate outside-sales, field-sales, customer success, and related business workflows. You agree not to use the website or product to:

• Violate laws, regulations, third-party rights, or platform policies.
• Upload or process data you do not have authority to use.
• Access, probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse Prometheus systems.
• Scrape, copy, or extract the product, intelligence layer, interface, or content in an unauthorized manner.
• Send spam, deceptive communications, harmful code, or abusive content.
• Use Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or other third-party integrations in violation of their applicable terms or developer policies.

Product Access and Beta Availability

Prometheus IQ may be offered through controlled beta, pilot, or evaluation access. Features may change as Prometheus learns from real field-sales use. Prometheus may suspend or limit access to protect users, systems, data, or product integrity.

Prometheus works to provide reliable service, but availability is not guaranteed. The website and product may be unavailable because of maintenance, third-party systems, security response, infrastructure issues, or product changes.

Intellectual Property

Prometheus owns the website, product, brand, software, design, documentation, workflows, recommendation logic, and other intellectual property associated with Prometheus and Prometheus IQ. No rights are granted except the limited right to access and use authorized services as intended.

You retain ownership of business data you submit or authorize. You grant Prometheus a limited license to host, process, secure, analyze, and use that data as needed to operate, support, improve, and protect Prometheus IQ and related services.

Third-Party Services

Prometheus IQ may connect to third-party services, including Meta, Instagram, Facebook, analytics providers, hosting providers, maps, communication tools, or other operational services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Prometheus is not responsible for third-party service availability or independent third-party actions.

Disclaimers and Liability

Prometheus IQ is designed to support better outside-sales decisions, but Prometheus does not guarantee sales results, revenue, route outcomes, or uninterrupted service. The website and product are provided as available and without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prometheus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the website or product.

Changes

Prometheus may update these terms as the website, beta program, and Prometheus IQ product evolve. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
