Company and product
Prometheus.IQ is the company. Prometheus Route IQ is its active product for governing field evidence and supporting human field decisions. Public information is provided to explain the product and receive Route IQ requests; submitting a request does not create a customer relationship, pilot, partnership, sponsorship, or service commitment.
Authorized use
You may use the public website and any authorized Route IQ workspace only for lawful business purposes and within the permissions granted to you. You must provide accurate information, protect account access, and avoid interfering with security, isolation, evidence integrity, or service availability.
- Do not access another workspace, representative, location, or protected Founder view.
- Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, automated, or malicious requests.
- Do not scrape, probe, reverse engineer, bypass limits, or introduce harmful code.
- Do not fabricate, backdate, overwrite, or misrepresent field evidence or outcomes.
Human decisions
Route IQ provides governed decision support. It does not replace professional judgment, direct a representative automatically, or guarantee an outcome.
Routes, maps, records, evidence-quality views, probabilities, and intelligence may be incomplete, delayed, uncertain, or unavailable. A person or authorized organization remains responsible for operational, customer, employment, safety, legal, and commercial decisions.
Evidence and configuration
Authorized organizations are responsible for the records, permissions, terminology, territory design, retention choices, and other configuration they provide. Prometheus.IQ may validate, normalize, exclude, retain, or reject information according to governed product and security contracts.
Shared configuration allows Route IQ to support different field-business contexts without customer-specific code forks. It does not promise instant onboarding, universal industry fit, unlimited scale, or proven performance in every context.
Requests and communications
A Route IQ request is accepted only when the server returns a unique receipt after durable storage. Duplicate content may return the original receipt. Acceptance means the request was stored for review; it does not guarantee a response, offer, deployment, timeline, price, or agreement.
If you consent to a request, Prometheus.IQ may contact you using the information provided. You may ask Prometheus.IQ to stop nonessential communications.
Intellectual property
Prometheus.IQ, Prometheus Route IQ, product designs, software, documentation, marks, and related materials are owned by Prometheus.IQ or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond the limited authorized use of the website or product.
Availability and changes
Prometheus.IQ may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue public or authorized functionality to protect security, comply with law, maintain evidence integrity, or evolve the product. Material terms or privacy changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the public website and any pre-commercial or evaluation functionality are provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, performance improvement, recommendation superiority, or specific business outcomes.
Nothing on the public website is legal, employment, financial, safety, or professional advice. Any separate written agreement controls if it conflicts with these public terms.
