Email prometheusrouteiq@gmail.com with the subject Prometheus Route IQ Data Request. Describe the request and the business or workspace relationship involved. Do not send passwords, access tokens, government identifiers, or unnecessary sensitive information.
Prometheus.IQ may ask for additional information needed to verify identity, authority, workspace, and record scope before acting.
Available requests
- Access to eligible personal information associated with a Route IQ request or authorized workspace.
- Correction of inaccurate contact or account information.
- Deletion of eligible public-request, support, or integration information.
- Exclusion or administrative disposition where an immutable evidence record must remain auditable.
- Revocation or removal of data associated with an authorized external integration.
What happens next
Prometheus.IQ first verifies the request. The responsible Data owner then identifies applicable records, retention rules, contractual boundaries, legal holds, security requirements, and evidence-integrity constraints. The response will describe the action taken or the reason a record must be retained, excluded, or preserved.
No public form on this page directly deletes production records.
Append-only evidence
Route IQ does not silently rewrite historical evidence.
When deletion would break an authorized audit trail, Prometheus.IQ may preserve the original byte-level record and append a governed exclusion, correction, revocation, or administrative disposition. Such a record remains available only to authorized audit and integrity processes and is excluded from applicable analytics, learning, performance, readiness, calibration, and recommendation inputs.
Retention limits
Raw field-session and prospective shadow evidence may be retained for up to 18 months from creation, subject to a shorter customer contract. Aggregate, de-identified analytics may be retained indefinitely only when they cannot identify a representative, customer, specific visit, or precise location trail.
A legal hold pauses deletion or disposition until released by the Founder or authorized counsel.
External integrations
Removing Route IQ data does not automatically remove data held independently by an external platform. You may also need to revoke permissions or request deletion through that provider. Prometheus.IQ will remove eligible locally retained integration records after identity and authority are verified.
