How to Request Deletion

Send a deletion request to prometheusrouteiq@gmail.com with the subject line "Prometheus IQ Data Deletion Request."

To help Prometheus process the request, include:

• Your full name and contact email.
• Your company or organization, if applicable.
• The data source involved, such as website inquiry, beta request, Prometheus IQ account, support communication, or Meta integration.
• For Instagram or Facebook requests, the relevant account, page, profile, or app connection details if available.
• Any information needed to verify that you are authorized to request deletion.

Response Timeline

Prometheus aims to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 business days. Eligible deletion or anonymization is typically completed within 30 days after identity and authority are verified, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup retention, or operational reasons.

Data Removal Process

1. Prometheus verifies the requester identity and authority.
2. Prometheus locates eligible records in public website inquiries, beta records, support communications, Prometheus IQ product records, and authorized integration records.
3. Prometheus deletes or anonymizes eligible personal information and operational records where deletion is appropriate.
4. Prometheus removes stored access tokens or integration records for authorized Instagram, Facebook, or Meta API connections where applicable.
5. Prometheus confirms completion or explains any retained records required for legal, security, backup, fraud prevention, or legitimate business reasons.

Instagram and Facebook Data

If you connected a Meta, Instagram, or Facebook account to a supported Prometheus IQ workflow, you can request removal of stored integration data by emailing prometheusrouteiq@gmail.com. You may also revoke Prometheus permissions directly through your Meta account settings. Once permissions are revoked, Prometheus will no longer be able to access newly authorized API data for that connection.

Records That May Be Retained

Some information may be retained where necessary to comply with law, enforce terms, prevent abuse, maintain security, resolve disputes, preserve financial or operational records, or complete backup expiration cycles. Retained information is limited to what Prometheus determines is necessary for those purposes.
