Privacy Policy

Prometheus.IQ collects information needed to receive Route IQ requests, operate authorized workspaces, protect the service, and support governed field evidence.

• Route IQ requests: business name, contact name, business email, optional phone, industry or business type, location count, estimated user count, territory or operating area, primary problem, desired timeline, consent, submission time, and acquisition source.
• Authorized product records: workspace and role configuration, businesses or locations, intentional visits, route context, outcomes, corrections, follow-ups, notes, and optional location captured as part of a user-directed workflow.
• Technical records: request time, security and abuse signals, device or browser characteristics, IP-derived operational context, referral information, service health, and error diagnostics.
• Support and integration records: communications and only the account or connection metadata needed for an integration an authorized user enables.

• Validate, store, review, and respond to Route IQ requests.
• Operate role-appropriate Route IQ field workflows and preserve evidence integrity.
• Measure evidence coverage, freshness, quality, trends, and learning state for authorized users.
• Detect abuse, secure the service, diagnose failures, and satisfy legal obligations.
• Create aggregate, de-identified analytics that cannot identify a representative, customer, specific visit, or precise location trail.

Prometheus.IQ does not sell personal information. Route IQ is not designed for audio capture, microphone use, continuous background tracking, or unnecessary precise-location sampling.

Route IQ organizes governed evidence for human review. Learning never directs, reorders, notifies, or changes field operations automatically.

Founder-only intelligence and readiness outputs require server-verified authorization. Representatives do not receive protected shadow rankings, probabilities, confidence, or readiness reports. Recommendation influence and prospective collection remain separately governed.

Prometheus.IQ may use infrastructure, security, communications, and integration providers to operate Route IQ. Providers receive only the information needed for the authorized service and may not use it for unrelated purposes. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a governed business transaction.

No Route IQ request is sent to an external AI analysis service as an uncontrolled production-data transfer.

Raw Route IQ field-session and prospective shadow evidence may be retained for up to 18 months from creation. A customer contract may shorten that period but cannot expand it without separate Founder approval. Aggregate, de-identified analytics may be retained indefinitely when they cannot identify a representative, customer, specific visit, or precise location trail.

A legal hold pauses deletion or disposition until released by the Founder or authorized counsel. Deletion, exclusion, correction, and administrative disposition remain Data-owned, append-only, and auditable where evidence integrity requires a retained audit event.

Route IQ separates workspaces, operating profiles, locations, users, and representative evidence. Access is role-scoped and server-verified. Prometheus.IQ applies validation, rate controls, integrity checks, durable storage contracts, and failure monitoring appropriate to the workflow.

No online system is risk-free. Prometheus.IQ reviews safeguards as the product and authorized use change.

Depending on your relationship and location, you may request access, correction, deletion of eligible information, withdrawal of consent, or removal of an authorized integration. Prometheus.IQ may need to verify identity, authority, workspace, and record scope before acting.
